Can't login to the databases

I am typing in my correct login information, but it is not letting me into the library databases.

If a student should make sure they are using the correct username and not their email. 

The student needs to reset their USF password. Here are instructions through MCC, a supervisor on the library staff can do it, or they can call 260-399-8195 .

Explanation:

There is a time difference for how often students' passwords expire between the USF login account and the library database accounts. This means that a student can sometimes access Blackboard/Canvas, their email, and MCC but the library databases will think that their password has expired and needs to be changed. If they change the USF password, both systems will sync up.

UTS and library is aware of the situation and working on a solution.
