How do I add printing money to my account?

Answer

ADD MONEY TO ONECARD (Debit or Credit)

 

For Cash:

  1. Go to the machine next to the ATM machine on the 2nd floor JPII Lobby.
  2. Swipe your USF ID. It will show your balance.
  3. Insert money ($1s and $5s only)
  4. Follow directions on the screen to end the session and print a receipt

*Money will be added to Aux points so your print points still may show a 0 balance. All the same, you will be able to print. 

Debit or Credit:

Step 1: Go to MY COUGAR CONNECTION and type “ADD MONEY” into the search bar

Step 2: The 1st option to appear should read ONECARD. Click on this link.

 

 

 

Step 3: Select ONLINE ONECARD PORTAL

 

 

 

Step 4: You will see a toolbar on the left side of the screen. Select MAKE A DEPOSIT.

 

 

 

 

Step 5: Agree with terms and conditions

 

 

 

 


Step 6: Enter the credit/debit information

Note: If you want to add a customized amount, scroll to the very bottom on the dollar amount tab and select Other Amount.

Money put on for prints will actually go to the Aux Points account (see image above). This means a student’s prints will still read $0.00 but they will be able to print. The money will transfer over from Aux whenever they print.

 

Debit or credit cards can take longer to process. If it has been longer than 24 hours, let the business office know and they can look at the account (260-399-7999 x6507).
